BEING AN ORDINANCE FIRING THE BOUNDARIES OF ELECTION
PRECINCTS IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, AND REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICTHEREWITH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
Section 1 That the election precincts in the City of Fort Collins
as heretofore fixed and established be, and the same are hereby, vacated.
Section 2 That there are hereby created nineteen (19) election
precincts in the City of Fort Collins to be known and designated as follows, to-
wit Precinct A-1, Precinct B-1, Precinct B-2, Precinct B-39 Presinct B-40
Precinct C-19 Precinct C-2, Precinct C-3, Precinct C-4, Precinct C-5, Precinct C-60
Precinct C-7, Precinct D-1, Precinct D-2, Precinct D-3, Precinct E-1, Precinct E-2,
Precinct E-39 Precinct E-4
Section 3 That the boundaries of the election precincts as herein
created in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, are hereby fixed and established
as follows, to-wit
PRECINCT A-1 FORT COLLINS - That portion of the City of Fort Collins
being East of College Avenue and North of Oak Street and its extension Eastward
PRECINCT B-l" FORT COLLINS - That portion of the City of Fort Collins
being North of Mountain Avenue, West of College Avenue and East of Whitcomb Street
and its extension Northward also West of the Northward extension of Whitcomb Street,
North of Elm Street land west of the Northward extension of Wood Street
PRECINCT B-2' FORT COLLINS - That portion of the City of Fort Collins
being North of Mountain Avenue, West of Whitcomb Street and East of Washington 0',
Avenue and Wood Street,
PRECINCT B-3 FORT COLLINS - That portion of the City of Fort Collins oY
being North of Mountain Avenue, West of Washington Avenue and Wood Street and East
of Shields Street
PRECINCT 'B-4' FORT COLLINS - That portion of the City of Fort Collins
being West of Shields Street and North of Mountain Avenue and also West of
Roosevelt Avenue and its extension South to Mulberry Street and North of Mulberry
Street.
PRECINCT C-1 FORT COLLINS - That portion of the City of Fort Collins i/
being South of Mountain Avenue, North of Olive Street, West of College Avenue
and East of Washington Avenue
PRECINCT ' C-2' FORT COLLINS - That portion of the City of Fort Collins
being South of Olive Street, North of Mulberry Street, West of College Avenue andG�1

being South of Mountain Avenue, West of Washington Avenue, North of Mulberry Street

PRECINCT C-7 FORT COLLINS - That portion of the City of Fort Collins
being South of Laurel Street, East of Shields Street and West of the Colorado and
Southern Railway Tracks and also East of the Colorado and Southern Railway Track,
North of Lhe Westerly extension of)Pitkin Street, West of College Avenue and South
of Laurel Street.
PRECINCT 'D-l ' FORT COLLINS - That portion of the City of Fort Collins
being South of Oak Street and North of Myrtle Street and East of College Avenue ( 1�
and West of Paterson Street
PRECINCT "D-2' FORT COLLINS - That portion of the City of Fort Collins
being South of Oak Street and its extension Eastward, East of Peterson Street and
North of Myrtle Street also East of Smith Street, South of Myrtle Street and North
of Laurel Street.
PRECINCT 'D-3 FORT COLLINS - That portion of the City of Fort Collins
being South of Myrtle Street and North of Plum Street and East of College Avenue pKI
and West of Smith Street.
PRECINCT E-l' FORT COLLINS - That portion of the City of Fort Collins
being North of Elizabeth Street, East of College Avenue, South of Plum Street and
West of Smith Street also South of Laurel Street, East of Smith Street and North 6"
of Elizabeth Street.
PRECINCT E-2 FORT COLLINS - That portion of the City of Fort Collins
being South of Elizabeth Street and East of Peterson Street, North of Prospect
Street and West of the alley which runs along the East side of the Circle Drive D �
Subdivision and its extension North.
PRECINCT E-3' FORT COLLINS - That portion of the City of Fort Collins
being South of Elizabeth Street, West of Peterson Street, Norh of Prospect Street
and East of College Avenue,` also West of College Avenue, Northof Prospect Street,
East of the Colorado and Southern Railway Tracks and South(of the Westward extension)
of Pitkin Street and also South of Prospect Street, East of-College Avenue, North
of Parker Street and West of Peterson Street.)
PRECINCT 8-4' FORT COLLINS - That portion of the City of Fort Collins
being South of Prospect Street and West of College Avenue,
Also South of Parker Street and its extension Eastward and East of
College Avenue,
Also South of Prospect Street, East of Peterson Street and North of
Parker Street and its extension Eastward and
Also North of Prospect Street and its extension Eastward, East of the
alley along the East side of Circle Drive( Subdivisiou and its extension Northward
and South of Elizabeth Street and its extension Eastward.
1---N1 Section 4. Ordinance No 2, 19570 and all other ordinances and parts
thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed
