BEING "THE ANNUAL. APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE" RELATING TO
THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
JANUARY 1, 1959, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1959, AND FIXING
THE MILL LEVY FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR
BE IT OtWAINID BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINSt
Section 1. That there be and is hereby appropriated out of
the revenues of the City of Fort Collins for the fiscal year be-
ginning Jarnaary 1, 1959, and ending December 31, 1959, the sum of
'f`rupo Million Two Hundred Fifty Four Thousand One Hundred Fifty Three and 90/100ths
dollars ($62,254,153.90) to be raised by taxation and otherwise, which said sum
is hereby divided and appropriated for the following purposes, to-wit

Section 2, That for the purpose of providing necessary funds for
meeting the appropriations set forth in Section 1 of this ordinance the
following levies in mills upon each dollar of the assessed valuation of all
taxable property within the corporate limits of the City of Fort Collins be
and are hereby made. Such levies representing the amount of taxes for City
purposes necessary to provide for payment during the ensuing budget year of
all properly authorized demands against the City, including principal and
interest of general obligation bbndsp to-watt
Airport Improvement Bonds-Sinking Fund 250 Mills
Local Improvement Districts—City Share 185 Mills
General Expense 14 565 Mills
being a total of 15 00 Mills, which levies shall be certified to the County
Assessor and to the Board of County Commissioners of Larimer County Colorado
by the Director of Finance as provided by lair
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered

passage on the 13th day of November, A D 1958
