AMENDING OF THE ORDINANCE NO 230 1957 RELATING
TO THE ELECTRICAL CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 6 of Ordinance No 23, 1957, be and
the same is hereby amended in the following pargiaular to-wit
' a) By deleting the words a fee of Ten ($10 00) Dollars shall
be charged for this examination and shall be collected annually thereafter
substituting therefore the words an initial fee of Ten ($10 00) Dollars shall be
charged for this examination and for the first year's license fee and a license
fee of Three ($3 00) Dollars shall be collected annually thereafter
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 6th day of November A D 1958, and to be presented for
final passage on the llth day of December A D 1958
