AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 30, 1955, REGULATING THE
LICENSING OF CONTRACTORS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
SECTION 1 That Section 6 of Ordinance No 301 19551
be, and the same is hereby amended as follows by deleting
the words "All the license fees shall be payable annually, on
or before the 1st day of February of each year," substituting
therefore the words "All license fees shall be payable
annually and shall be for the term of one (1) year from the
date on which issued it
SECTION 2 That Section 6 (c) of Ordinance No 30,
1955, be, and the same is hereby amended by deleting the
following words "Such licenses may include no more than one
such trade carried on by the licensee", and by further
deleting the words "And shall entitle the holder thereof to
deal in second hand building materials "
SECTION 3 That Section 6 (d) of Ordinance No 30,
1955, be, and the same is hereby amended by deleting the
following words and figures "Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000 00) ,"
and substituting the words and figures "One Thousand Dollars
(01,000 00) "
SECTION 4 That Section 10 of Ordinance No 30, 1955,
be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto a new
paragraph as follows "The provisions of the within section
relating to the obtaining and maintaining of insurance coverage
shall apply only to contractors obtaining a general contractorts
license (unlimited) , or a limited contractor's license and shall
not apply to contractors obtaining a special contractorts
license or a job contractor' s license 11
