AND SECTION 2 TOWNS ORDINANCE NO. 4, 1960, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 10, 1929, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING PORTIONS OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 7 .NORTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. AND SECTION 2 TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE .6TH P.M. TO "F" INDISTRIAL. D'IST_RICT; POR- TIONS OF SECTION 1 TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , SECTION 2 TOWNSHIP 9. NORTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , SECTION 36_.TOWNSHIP. 8 NORTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , AND SECTION 35 TOWNSHIP 8 NORTH RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. TO "D" COMMERCIAL.DISTRICT AND THE GOEHRING-SUBDIVISION TO "B".RESIDENCE DISTRICT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: That Ordinance No. 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended, being an emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and structures and the use of buildings and structures and lands; the height and size of buildings and other structures; the area and dimensions of open spaces in building lots; the density of population; and for said purpose to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section II, entitled "Zoning District Regulations,"- the following,to�*wit: Section 1. The zoning map,:heretofore adopted and declared to be a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and amended so that the territory included in the North College Avenue annexation shall be zoned as follows: A11 land in the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 12, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. ; all land -in the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 2, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. ; and all land in the Southeast quarter of Section 2, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , shall be included as a part of the"F" Industrial District, and All land in the West half of Section 1, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. ; all land in the Northeast quarter of Section 2, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of- the 6th P.M. ; all land in the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 36, Township 8 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. ; and all land inthe Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 3.5, Township 8 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , except the Goehring Subdivision shall be included in the "D" Commercial District. and The Goehring Subdivision shall be included as a "B" Residence District; Section 2. The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original zoning district map in compliance wi.th, the amendments and changes herein established. Section-,3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed..
