BEING AN ORDINANCE.AMENDING SECTION 1-1 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS 1958
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That Section 1-1 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Fort Collins, 1958, (Section 1 of Ordinance No. 6, 1955)
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1=1. Council meetings-- time and place.
Under and by virtue of provisions of Section 11, Article II -
of the Charter of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, the time and place
of the regular meetings of the Council of the City of Fort Collins shall
be the first four Thursdays of each month at the hour of 1:V o'clock
P.M. commencing Thursday, June 9, A. D. 1960, in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall of the City of Fort Collins; provided, however, that
if a national legal holiday falls on a regular meeting date, such meeting
date shall then be the preceding Wednesday."
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 5th day of May, A. D. 1960,. to be presented for final
passage on the 26th day of May, A. D. 1960.
