HomeMy WebLinkAbout012 - 06/23/1960 - REZONING THE EAST HALF OF BLOCK FIVE, PROSPECT PLACE ADDITION TO ''B'' RESIDENCE DISTRICT ORDINANCE NO. 12 19602 AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. l0, 1929, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN.AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING THE EAST HALF OF BLOCK FIVE,' PROSPECT PLACE ADDITION TO THE CITY'-OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, TO "a" RESIDENCE DISTRICT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: That Ordinance No. 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended, being an emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and structures anddthe use of buildings and structures and land; the height and size of buildings and other structures; the area and dimensions of open spaces in building lots; the density of population; and for said purpose to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section II, entitled "Zoning District Regulations," the following, to-wit: Section 1. The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and amended so that the East half of Block Five (5) . Prospect Place Addition to The City of Fort Collins, Colorado, shall be taken from "A" Residence District and put into and made a part of %11 Residence District, Section 2. The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein established. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 2fidhdatyyo.6-fjjbaq,, A.
