AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 102 1929, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING LOTS 6 thru 14 IN BLOCK 196
TO "C" RESIDENCE DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
That Ordinance No. 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended, being an
emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and
structures and the use of buildings and structures and lands; the height and
size of buildings and other structures; the area and dimensions of open spaces
in building lots; the density of population; and for said purpose to divide
the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith,
be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section II, entitled "Zoning
District Regulations," the following, to-wit-
Section 1. The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and
amended so that Lots 6 thru 14 in Block 196, City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
be changed from "B" Residence District to "C" Residence District.
Section 2. The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 23rd day of June , A. D.. 1960, and to .be presented for
final passage on the 14th day of July , A. D. 1960.
