FROM ''A'' RESIDENC ri ORDINANCE NO. 17, 1960s AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 109 1929, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN.AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING PORTIONS OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 68 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. FROM "A" RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "D" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, AND PORTIONS OF SAID SECTION_ FROM "A" RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "C" RESIDENCE DISTRICT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: That Ordinance No. 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended, being any emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and size of buildings and other structures; the area and dimensions of open spaces in building lots; the density of population; and for said purpose to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section II, entitled "Zoning District Regulations," the following to-wit: Section 1. The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and amended so that the following described property; situate in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit: Considering the West line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 182 Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. as bearing North (N. 00000' E.), and with all bearings herein relative thereto; beginning at a point on the South line of Elizabeth Street, which bears South 60.00 feet, and again, N. 89015' E. 275.00 feet from the West one-quarter corner of said Section 18; thence South 165.00 feet; thence N. 89015' E. 144.00 feet; thence- South 294.57 feet; thence N. 89°58'30" E. 829.51 feet to a point on East line of M 4 of SWk-of said Section 18; thence along the East line of. the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section, N. 00°02'30" W. 340.49 feet to a point on the Southwesterly line of McHugh Street, which bears N. 64°0920" W. 12.00 feet from the Northwest corner of Lot 56 of.Highlander Heights First Subdivision; thence along the Southwesterly line of McHugh Street as follows: N. 64°09'20" W. 74.65 feet to the point of beginning of a curve to the right; thence along the arc of said curve, with a radius of 107.52 feet, to a point resultant from a chord of N. 36027'10" W. 99.97 feet, which point is the point of beginning of a,curve, to the left; thence along the arc of said curve, with a radius of 16.09 feet, to a point on the South line of Elizabeth Street, resultant from a chord of N. 47*45' W. 21.94 feet; thence S. 89°15' W. 830.52 feet to the point of beginning; be changed from "A" Residence District to "D" Commercial District, except the East 125 feet of the above described property which is changed from "A" Residence District to "C" Residence District.. Section 2. The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein established. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Introduced, .considered- .favorably on first reading and ordered published this 23rd day of .
