AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 102 19292 AS AMENDED, COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE.ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING LOTS 12 22 3,
43, 5, 4ND. 6 FLINN'S RESUBDIVISION OF .LOTS 11, 12, AND
13 IN BLOCK 1.OF G. F. WIARD'S ADDITION TO "C" RESIDENCE
DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
That Ordinance No. 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended*$ being an
emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and
structures and the use of. buildings and structures and lands; the height and
size of buildings and other structures; the area and dimensions of open spaces
in building lots; the density of population; and for said purpose to divide
the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith,
be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section II, entitled Zoning
District Regulations," the following, to-wit:
Section 1. The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and
amended so that Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of the .Flinn's Resubdivision
of Lots 11, 12, and 13 in Block 1 of G. F. Wiard's Addition to the City of
Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, be changed from "A" Residence District
to "C" Residence District.
Section 2. The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 30 day of June, A.D. 1960, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21 day of July , A.D. 1960.
