AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 102 1929, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING THE NORTH-EAST CORNER OF
UNIVERSITY-ACRES _TO "D" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
That Ordinance No. 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended, being an
emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and
structures and the use of buildings and structures and land; the height and
size of buildings and other structures; the area and dimensions of open spaces
in building lots; the density of population; and for said purpose to divide
the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith,
be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section II, entitled "Zoning
District Regulations," the following, to-wit:
Section 1. The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be
a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed
and amended so that the North-east Corner of University Acres., more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A tract of land situate in the SE. of Section 13,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of 'the 6th P,M.,

City of Fort Collins, County, of Larimer, State o
Colorado, which, considering the,.East line of said
SEA -as bearing 8. 00019' W. and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto, begins .at the
Northeast corner of said SE'k and runs thence S. .
00019' Wo 765.00 feet; thence N. 89041' w, 329.38
feet; thence N. 07*22' E. 317.65 feet; thence N.
00022' S. 450.00 feet to a point on the North line of
said SET4; thence S: 89038' E. 290.00 -feet to the
point of beginning, containing 5.534 acres, more

be taken from "A" Residence District and put into "Dt1 Commercial District.
Section 2. The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
