AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 102 1929 AS AMENDED COMMNLY
KNOI4N AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING THE LOTS IN
THE MILLS-YATES RESUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF BLOCK
ONE PERSON SUBDIVISION AND OTHER UNPLATTED LANDS IN
THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 24 TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH
RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P M FROM A RESIDENCE DISTRICT
TO B RESIDENCE DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Ordinance No 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended being an
emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and
structures and the use of buildings and structures and land the height and
size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open spaces
in building lots the density of population and for said purpose to divide the
City into districts and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith be,
and the aame is hereby, amended by addition to Section II, entitled Zoning
District Regulations, the following to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and
amended so that all of the lots in the Mills-Yates Resubdivision of a portion
of Block One, Person Subdivision and other unplatted lands in the Northwest
quarter of Section 240 Township 7 North Range 69 West of the 6th P M
according to the plat recorded June 11 1957 in the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, be taken from A Residence District and put into B Residence
District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original zoning
district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 23rd day of April A D 1959, and to be Ixesented for final
passage on the 14th day of May, A D 1959
