AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 102 1929, AS AMENDED COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING THE EAST HALF
OF BLOCK ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THREE FROM B RESIDENCE
DISTRICT TO C RESIDENCE DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Ordinance No 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended, being an
emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and
structures and the use of buildings and structures and land the height and
size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open spaces
in building lots the density of population and for said purpose to divide the
City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith, be
and the same is hereby, amended by addition to Section It entitled Zoning
District Regulations, the following, to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and
amended so that the East half of Block One Hundred Thirty Three (133) in the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado, be taken from B Residence District and put
into C Residence District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 23rd day of April, A D 1959 and to be presented for final
passage on the 14th day of May, A D 1959
