ORDINANCE NO �9 1959
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 11 1956 CREATING A FUND FOR THE
PAYMENT OF BONDS ISSUED BY THE CITY FOR THE UTILITIES IN
THE DIVISION OF WATER OF THE DEPARTMENT OF MUNICIPAL
PUBLIC UTILITIES AND AUTHORIZING DISTRIBUTION OF EXCESS
MONIES IN SAID FUND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 2 of Ordinance 11 1956 be amended by
deleting the words until further ordered by Council and adding thereto
the following words and figures to-wit The Director of Finance shall
transfer after the close of the fiscal year to the fund for making
extensions improvements enlargements and betterments of the utilities
Public
in the Division of Slater of the Department of Municipal/Utilities created
by Ordinance No 10 1956 any excess of monies in the fund created by
Section 1 hereof over and above the requirements as contained in Section 6-c
of Ordinance No 5 1948 and Section 11-f of Ordinance No 36 1958
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 14th day of May A D 1959 and to be presented for final
passage on June 11 1959
