ORDINANCE NO 21 1959
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 10 1929 AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING A PORTION OF THE SECOND
SOUTH SHIELDS STREET ANNEXATION FROM A RESIDENCE DISTRICT
TO C RESIDENCE DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Ordinance No 10 of the Series of 1929 as amended being an
emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and
structures and the use of buildings and structures and land the height and
size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open spaces
in building lots the density of population and for said purpose to divide the
City into districts and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith be
and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section II entitled Zoning
District Regulations the following to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and
amended so that a portion of the Second South Shields Street Annexation more
particularly described asfDllows to-wit
Part of the Nr,� of Section 15 Township 7 North Range 69
West of the 6th P M Larimer County Colorado contained
within boundary lines beginning at a point which is 605 22
feet West of the East line of the NEk of said Section 15
and 359 7 feet North of the South line of the NEy of said
Section 15 and running thence West 121 11 feet parallel with
the South line of the NE4 of said Section 15 thence North
359 7 feet parallel with the East line of the NE4 of said
Section 15 thence East 121 11 feet parallel with the South
line of the NEk of said section and thence South 359 7 feet
to the point of beginning
be taken from A Residence District and put into C Residence District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in complianceanth the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this llth day of June A D 1959 and to be presented for final
passage on the 9th day of July A D 1959
