AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 10 1929 AS AMENDED COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING LOT 2, BLOCK
127 FROM B RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO D" COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Ordinance No 10 of the Series of 1929 as amended being an
emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and
structures and the use of buildings and structures and land the height and
size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open spaces
in building lots the density of population and for said purpose to divide the
City into districts and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith be -
and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section II entitled Zoning
District Regulations the folloxring to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and
amended so that Lot 2 Block 127 and more particularly described as follows
to-wit
Lot Two (2) in Block One Hundred Twenty Seven (127) of
the City of Fort Collins Colorado being the North half
of the East half of said block
be taken from B` Residence District and put into D Commercial District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced considered favorable on first reading and ordered
published this 9th day of July A D 1959 and to be presented for final
passage on the 13th day of August A D 1959
