ORDINANCE NO 25 1959
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 10 1929 AS AMENDED COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING A PORTION OF
BLOCK 1 G F WIARD'S ADDITION FROM A RESIDENCE
DISTRICT TO D COMMERCIAL DISTRICT AND ANOTHER
PORTION OF BLOCK 1 G F WIARD'S ADDITION FROM A
RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "C RESIDENCE DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Ordinance No 10 of the Series of 1929 as amended being an
emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and
structures and the use of buildings and structures and land the height and
size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open spaces
in building lots the density of population and for said purpose to divide the
City into districts and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith be
and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section II entitled Zoning
District Regulations the following to-wit
Section 1, The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and
amended so that a portion of Block 1 G F [Iiard's Addition and more
particularly described as follows to wit
Lots Four Five and Six (4 5 & 4) Flinn's Pe subdivision
of Lots Eleven Twelve and Thirteen (11 12 & 13) in Block
One (1) G F Wiard's Addition to the City of Fort Collins
Colorado
be taken from 'A Pesidence District and put into D Commercial District
and another portion of said Block 1 G F Wiard' s Addition and mole
particularly described as follows to-wit
Lots One Two and Three (1 2 & 3) Flinn's Re-subdivision
of Lots Eleven Twelve and Thirteen (11 12 & 13) and the
South 191 feet of Lots Fifteen and Sixteen (15 & 16) in
Block One (1) G F Wiards Addition to the City of Fort
Collins Colorado
be taken from A Residence District and put into C Residence District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 9th day of July A D 1959 and to be presented for final
passage on the 13th day of August A D 1959
