BEING AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO 17, 1936, AS AMENDED, BEING AN ORDINANCE
REGULATING THE USE OF AND TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC
STREETS, ALLEYS AND SIDEWALKS OF THE CITY OF FORT
OOLLINS, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 10(a) of Ordinance No 17, 1936, as amended by
Ordinance No 14, 1950, be and the same is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the words "West Mountain Avenue, 100 and 200 blocks, except the South side of
the 200 block", substituting therefor the words "West Mountain Avenue, 100 block "
Section 2 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby repealed
Section 3 In the opinion of the City Council an emergency exists for
the preservation of the public health, peace and safety, and this ordinance shall
take effect upon its passage, under and by virtue of the authority contained in
Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter
Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unanimous vote of all
members of the City Council, at a regular meeting held this 18th day of April,

I, MILES F HOUSE, City Clerk of the City of Fort Collins, do hereby
certify and declare that the aforesaid Ordinance, consisting of three sections,
was duly proposed and read at length at a regular meeting of the City Council,
held on the 18th day of April, A D 1952, and waa oLly adopted and ordered
published in tt a Fort Collins, Coloradoan, a daily newspaper and official news-
paper of the City of Fort Collins, by the unanimous vote of all members of the
City Council, as an Emergency Ordinance, in accordance with the provisions of
Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter, and thereafter and on, to-wit
the 22nd day of April, A D 1952, said Ordinance No ��was duly published in

Collins, Colorado
