BEING AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 73 1939, CHANGING THE
BOUNDARIES OF ELECTION PRECINCT "C-3", CREATING PRECINCT 11C-5" AND FIXING
THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 2 of Ordinance No 7, 1939 be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows
"Section 2 That there are hereby created fourteen (14) election
precincts in the City of Fort Collins to be known and designated as follows,
to-wit
Precinct A-1
Precinct B-1
Precinct B-2
Precinct B-3
Precinct C-1
Precinct C-2
Precinct C-3
Precinct C-L
Precinct C-5
Precinct D-1
Precinct D-2
Precinct D-3
Precinct E-1
Precinct E-2
Section 2 That Section 3 of Ordinance 7, 1939 be amended as follows
by deleting the following words to-wit
"PRECINCT 11C-3" FORT COLLINS - That portion of the City of Fort Collins
being South of Mulberry Street and West of College Avenue and North of Laurel
Street It
Substituting therefor the following
"PRECINCT +1C-311 FORT COLLINS - That portion of the City of Fort Collins
being South of Mulberry Street and West of College Avenue and North of Laurel
Street and East of Grant Avenue "
Section 3 That Section 3 of Ordinance 7, 1939 be further amended by
adding thereto the following
PRECINCT 11C-5" FORT COLLINS - That portion of the City of Fort Collins
being South of Mulberry Street and West of Grant Avenue and North of Laurel
Street 11

Section 4 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed
Section 5 In the opinion of the City Council an emergency exists
for the preservation of the public health, peace and safety and this ordinance
shall take effect upon its passage under and by virtue of the authority
contained in Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter
Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unanimous vote of all
the me*ers of the City Council, this 19th day of September, A D 1952

I, MILES F HOUSE, City Clerk of the City of Fort Collins,
do hereby certify and declare that the foregoing ordinance, consisting
of five (5) sections was duly proposed and read at length at a regular
qINNEW meeting of the City Council held on the 19th day of
September, A D 1952, and was duly adopted and ordered published in
the Fort Collins Coloradoan, a daily newspaper and the official news—
paper of the City of Fort Collins, by the unanimous vote of all
members of the Council, as an emergency ordinance, in accordance
with the provisions of Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City
Charter, and thereafter, on to—wit the 23rd day of September, A D
1952, said Ordinance No 8 was published in the Fort Collins
Coloradoan, a daily newspaper published in the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
