BEING "THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE" RELATING TO THE
ANNUAL_APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR_BEGINNING JANUARY 1,
1956,_AND ENDING DECMEER 31, 1956, AND FIXING THE MILL LEVY
FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR _
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1. That there be and is hereby appropriated out of the revenues of
the City of Fort Collins for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1956, and ending

December 31, 1956, the sum of One NxIlion Five Hundred Seventy Thousand Seven Hundred
Twenty-two and 91/100ths dollars 31,570,722 91) to be raised by taxation ana other-
wise, which said sum is hereby divided and appropriatea for the following purposes,
to-wit

Section 2. That for the purpose of providing necessary funds for meeting the
appropriations set forth in Section 1 of this ordinance the following levies in
mills upon each dollar of the assessed valuation of all taxable property within the
corporate limits of the City of Fort Collins be and are hereby madet such levies
representing the amount of taxes for City purposes necessary to provide for payment
during the ensuing budget year of all properly authorized demands against the City,
including principal ana interest of general obligation bonds, to-wit

being a total of 13.250 mills, which levies shall be certified to the County
Assessor and to the Board of County Commissioners of Larimer County Colorado by
the Director of Finance as providea by law
