ORDINANCE NO. 31 1955
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 52 1-9-571—RELATING TO
SALARIES OF CITY OFFICIALS APPOINTED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS;
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 5, 1955, be
amended by deleting therefrom the figures "$9600.00" and 11$1600.00"
substituting therefor the figures "$10, 640. 00" and "$264o.0o't,
respectively.
Section 2: That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 5, 1955, be
amended by deleting therefrom the figures "$3600.00" and "$2640.o0"
substituting therefor the figures "$3960 00" and "$3000.00",
respectively.
Section 3: The effective date for the change in the above
salaries and compensation shall be January 1, 1956.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and
ordered published this loth day of November, A. D 1955, and to be
presented for final passage on December 8, 1955.
