BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 6-9 and 6-10
OF.THE CODE-OF 06INANCZ5 OF THE..CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COLORADO, -1958, AS-AMENDED; _RELATING TO .CEMETERIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That Section b-9 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Fort Collins, Colorado, :1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is amended
and changed by deleting therefrom the following words, to-wit:
"the Grand View Cemetery"
and by substituting therefore the following words, to-wit:
"any cemetery of the City of Fort Collins"
and, by adding at the end of said Section the following words and figures,
to-wit:
"It shall further be unlawful for any person to enter
the grounds. of any cemetery of the City of Fort Collins
at any time between one (1) hour after sunset and sun-
rise without the written-permission of the Chief of
Police."
Section 2. ' That Section 6-10 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be-and.--the- same hereby is amended
and changed by deleting therefrom the following words, to-wit:

and by substituting therefore the following words, to-wit:
"any cemetery of the City of Fort Collins"
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 21st day of June, A. D. 1962, and to be presented for final
passage on the 12th day of July, A. D. 1962,
