AMENDING CHA.PTER.193, CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
.FORT COLLINS,, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING LOM 16 AND 17, BLOCK 5,
SCOTT-SHERWOOD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COLORADO FROM "A" RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "C" RESIDENCE
DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT Chapter 19, Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, 19582 as amended, being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the
locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and structures and
land; the height and size of buildings and other structures; the area and
dimensions of open spaces in building lots; the density of population; and for
said purpose to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted-in
connection therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section
19-2 entitled "Zoning District Regulations," the following, to-wit:
Section 1. The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared,.-to be
a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed
and amended so that the following described property, situate in the County
of Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit:
Lots16 and 17, Block 5, 'Scott=Sherwood Addition=to the
City of Fort Collins, Coloradpi
be changed from "A" Residence District to "C" Residence District.
Section 2. The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established.
Section 30 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-6
lished this 12th day of July, A. D. 19629 to be presented for final passage
on the 2nd day of August, A. D. 1962.
