AMENDING CHAPTER.19, CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT .COLLINS,.COLORADO, ,19580 AS.AMENDED, _COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING LOT 18, BLOCK 5, SCOTT-
SHERVOOD ADDITION.TO THE CITY-OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO,
FROM "A'_' RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO ".C'.'. RESIDENCE DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
That Chapter 19, Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado ordinance to regulate and restrict the
, 1958, .as amended, being an ,. .,_ _. .. . .. .... _ ..
locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and structures and
land; the height and size of buildings and other structures; the area and
dimensions of open spaces in building lots; the density of population; and for
said purposes to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in
connection therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section
19-2 entitled "Zoning District Regulations," the following, to-wit:
Section 1. The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and
amended so that the following described property, situate in the County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit:
Lot 180' Block 5, Scott-Sherwood Addition to the City of
Fort- Collins,, Colorado";
be changed from "A"-Residence District to "C" Residence District..
Section 2. The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established.
Section 3. , All.ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed..
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 2nd day of August, A. D., 1962, to be presented for final passage on the
23rd day of August, A. D., 19626
