BEING AN ORDINANCE.RELATING TO THE VACATION OF THE
STREETS, ALLEYS, EASEMENTS, PUBLIC 14AYS AND PUBLIC
INTERESTS IN MILLER BROTHERS FOOTHILLS SUBDIVISION,
SIXTH FILING
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate the "streets,
alleys, easements, public ways and public interests as shown on and established
by the original plat of Miller Brothers' Foothills Subdivision, Sixth Filing,
and - -
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City
of Fort Collins, a proposed replat of Miller Brothers'Foothills Subdivision,
Sixth Filing, by all of the owners of lands included in said subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fort Collins has, this date,
approved said proposed replats and -
WHEREAS, it further ,appears that the rights of the residents of
the City of Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation
of the streets, alleys, easements, public ways and public interests shown on
the original plat of Miller Brothers' Foothills Subdivision, Sixth Filing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS: j
Section 1. That all of the streets, alleys, easements, public ways.
and public interests established by and shown on the original plat of Miller
Brothers' Foothills Subdivision, Sixth Filing, filed February 9, 1961, at the
office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Larimer County, be and the same are
vacated`
hereby abolished/and abated,. ,
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 9th day of August, 1962, and to be presented for final passage on the 6)th
day of Sd AeinkaeT;61962.
