BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL`OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1.- That Ordinance No 27., 1962, amending Chapter 19, Code
of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and
the same is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following provisions,
to-wit:
All of Sections 2 and 3 and the following words in Section 1, "as
long as said land-is used for dormitory type bachelor housing only".
