Il 1961 AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10, 1929, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING A PORTION OF MILLER BROTHERS TENTH FOOTHILLS ANNEXATION FROM "A" RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "B" RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND.ANOTHER PORTION OF SAID.MILLER.BROTHERS TENTH FOOTHILLS ANNEXATION FROM "A" RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "D" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: That Ordinance No. 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended, being an emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations •of buildings and structures and the use of buildings and structures and land; the height and size of buildings and other structures; the area and dimensions of open spaces in building lots; the density of population; and for said purpose to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section II, entitled "Zoning District Regulations," the following, to-wit: Section 1. The Zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and amended so that. the following described property, situate in the County of Larimer, State of .Colorado, to-wit: Lots 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69,' 701 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, and that part of Lots 76 and 88 included in Miller Brothers Tenth Foothills Annexation and Lots 89, 90,. 91, 92, 93 and 94 .of said Miller Brothers Tenth Foothills Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, as described on the proposed subdivision plat; be taken from "A" Residence District and put into "B" Residence District, and the following described property, ,situate in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit: Tract A as designated on the proposed subdivision plat of Miller Brothers Tenth Foothills Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado; be taken from "A" Residence District and put into "D" Commercial District. Section 2. The City Engineer .shall forthwith amend the original zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein established. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published this 5th day of January, A.
