ORDINANCE NO 2 , 1956
PROVIDING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE
ANNEXATION OF ADDITIONS TO THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO
14, 1924
WHEREAS, the provisions of Ordinance No 14, 1924, are
obsolete and inconsistent with the provisions of the statutes
of the State of Colorado, relating to the annexation of territory
to a city
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Ordinance No 14, 1924, be and the same
is hereby repealed
Section 2 That in the matter of annexing additions to
the City of Fort Collins, the procedure and requirements set forth
in Article 11, Chapter 139 of the Colorado Revised Statutes 19531.
shall be followed
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and
ordered published this 9th day of February, A D 1956, and to be
presented for final passage on the 8th day of March, A D 1956
