ORDINANCE NO 4 , 1956
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 30, 1924.9 AS AMENDED, RK ATING TO THE WILDING COTE
FOR THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING OF TELEVISION
ANTENNA INSTALLERS, PROVIDING FOR PERMITS FOR ANTENNA INSTALLATION, AND
PROVIDING FOR ISSUANCE OF LICENSES BY THE CITY MANAGER, AND RERSEALING ALL
ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
1E IT ORDAINED ET THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Ordinance No 30, 1924, as amended by Ordinance
No 9, 1937, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following
"Section 176B - Television Antenna Installers License
"Any person, firm, or corporation desiring to engage in the business
of installing television antennas shall first make application for a license
in writing to the City Clerk stating the name of person, firm, or corporation
making application, place of business, and any other pertinent information
requested by the City Clerk Such application shall be accompanied by an
annual license fee of 815 00 Upon coppliance with the above provisions,
the applicant shall be given by the City Clerk a License Card good for a
period of one year, subject to revocation by the -Electrical Inspector at
any time if the holder thereof fails to comply with the provisions of this
Ordinance "
Section 2 That Ordinance No 30, 1924, as amended by Ordinance
No 9, 1937, be and the same is hereby amended by adding to Section 180 the
following words and figures
"Fee for television antenna installation shall be the sum of $2 00 "
Section 3 That Ordinance No 30, 1924, as amended, be and the
same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section, to-wit
"Section 313A - Licenses to be granted by the City Manager
"All applications for licenses to be issued under or pursuant to
this Ordinance heretofore required to be submitted to the City Council,

shall after the effective date hereof be submitted to the City Manager.
Licenses heretofore required to bedgranted by the City Council shall be
granted by the City Manager and issued by the City Clerk "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 8th day of March, A D 1956, and to be presented for final
passage on April 12, A D 1956
