AMENDING-CHAPTER 23 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS, BEING THE ORDINANCES FOR THE REGULATION
OF TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS- OF. THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COLORADO,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1, That Section 23-223 of the Code of Ordinances be
and the same is hereby amended and changed by adding thereto the following:
Name of Street Portion Affected
Riverside Avenue That portion from the intersection of said street
with Mountain Avenue-to the intersection of said
street with Magnolia Avenue
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 13th day of July, A. Do 1961, to be presented for final
passage on the 3rd day of August, A. D. 1961,
