AMENDING SECTION 16-1 .OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY .OF FORT-COLLINS BEING_AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING
MUNICIPAL COURT AND ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE -.JURY
TRIAL. .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF.THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section,'I, That Section 16-1 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Fort Collins is amended and changedrbya,d d i g�'hereto the following:
(f) Fees for Jurors: All " 'persons s"ummoned�as jurors to' try
any cause before the Municipal Court of the City of Fort
Collins shall be paid a jury fee of Three Dollars ($3.00)
which fee shall be included in the costs which may be .
assessed against such persons as may be found 'guilty.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 13th day of July, A.. D. 1961, to be presented for final
passage on the 3rd day of August, A; _D. 1961.
