BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
That Ordinance No. 10 of- the Series- of 1929, as•amended, be an
emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and
structures and the use of buildings and structures and land; the height and
size of buildings and other structures; the area and dimensions of open
spaces in building lots; the density of population; and for said purpose
to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connection
therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section II
entitled "Zoning District Regulations," the following, to-wit:
Section 1. The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be
a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed
and amended so that the following described property, situate in the County
of Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit:
Commencing at the SW corner of Section 18, Township 7
North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., thence N. 89°41'40" E.
1911.58 feet, thence N. 0°0245" E. 777.00 feet to true.
point of beginning; thence S. 89°31'00" W. 628.14 feet,
thence N. 0°00'00" E. 145.26 feet, thence N. 89°31'00" E.
380 feet; thence N. 0°00'00" E. 367.66 feet, thence N.
61031'00" E.- 200.54 feet, thence N. 64°46'00=' E. 52.16 feet,
thence S. 15°58'00" E. 84.74 feet, thence S. .0°02'45" W
549.93 feet to true point of beginning;
be taken from "C" Residence District and put into "A" Residence District.
Section 2. The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original zoning
district map in compliance with -the amendments and changes herein established.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.,
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 10th day of August, A. D. 1961, to be presented for final passage on the Tbh
day of September, A. D. 1961.
