BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21-2, CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF.THE CITY .OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, REIATING.TO
THE USE OF WATER FROM THE CITY WATER FORKS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF .THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. . That Section 21-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, be amended by adding to the first
paragraph of said section the following words and figures, to-wit:
'$provided, however, that said assessment, together
with the trunk line sewer assessment provided for in
Section 21-45, of the Code of Ordinances, shall not
exceed the sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) for one
water and one sewer tap; and provided further that
whenever additional water and sewer service is required
for said lot, the additional charges that would have been
made if the aforesaid limitation was not in force, shall,
at the time of acquiring said latter service, be paid."
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 24th day of August, A. D. .1961, to be presented for .final
passage on the 14th day of September, A. D. 1961,
