AMENDING ORDINANCE .NO. 10, 1929, AS AMENDED, CONMNLY-
RNOWN.AS THE.ZONING ORDINANCE CONDITIONALLY CHANGING
LOT 4, BLOCK A, GRAND-VIEW ADDITION FROM,'.'A" RESIDENCE
DISTRICT TO "D" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
That Ordinance No. 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended, being an
emergency ordinance- to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and
structures and the use of buildings and structures and land; the height and
size of buildings and other structures; the area and dimensions of open
spaces in building lots; the density of population; and for said purpose
to divide the City into districte, ,and the zoning map adopted in- connection
therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section II
entitled "Zoning District Regulations," the following, to-wit:
Section 1. The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be
a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed
and amended so that the following--described property, situate in the County
of Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block A, Grand-View Addition to the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado; ,
be taken from "A" Residence District and put into "D" Commercial District as long
as said land is used for parking purposes only.
Section 2. Whenever the use of said lot for-parking purposes only is
discontinued, then such lot shall immediately return to and become a part of
the "A" Residence District.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to prepare
a certified copy of this ordinance and to file the same An the office of the Clerk
and Recorder of the County of Larimer so that record notice of the provisions
hereof shall be given.
Section 4. _ The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein established.
Section 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
