AMENDING CHAPTER.192 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF

AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING LOT THIRTEEN (13) .'•LESSER
SUBDIVISION, FROM."B" RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "D" COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLIMS:
That Chapter-19, Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, 1958, as amended, being in ordinance to regulate and restrict the
locations of buildings and structures and the use of buildings and structures
and land; the height ' size of buildings and other Istructures; the area and
dimensions of open spaces in building lots; the density of population; and for
said purpose to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in
connection therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section
19-2 entitled "Zoning District Regulations," the following, to-wit:
Section 1. The, zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be
a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed
and amended so that the following described property, situate in the County
of Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit:
Lot Thirteen (13), Lesser Subdivision, in the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado; _
be taken from "B" Residence District and put into "D"-Commercial District.
Section 2, The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the .original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 9th day of November, A. D. 1961, to be presented for final
passage on the 7th day of December, A. D. 1961.
