BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21-2 OF THE CODE
OF.ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, _COLORADO,
1958, ,AS ORDINANCE NO,BY ORDINANC ,NO. 22 96 11, .RELATING
TO THE USE OF WATER FROM CITY WATER WORKS AND TAP FEES
FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICE FROM THE CITY WATER AND
SEWER MIN .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That Section 21-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Fort Collins, 1958, as amended by Ordinance No. 22 1961, be amended by
deleting from the first paragraph of said section as amended the following
words and figures, to-wit:
"provided, however, that said assessment, together with
the trunk line sewer assessment provided for in Section
21-45, of the Code of Ordinances, shall not exceed the
sum of Six Hundred Dollars__($600.00) for one water and
one sewer tap;"
and by substituting therefor the following words and figures, to-wit:
"provided, however, that for one-family residences said
assessment, together with the Itrunk line sewer assessment
provided for in Section 21-45, of the Code of Ordinances,
shall not exceed the sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00)
for one water and one sewer tap;"
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 7th day of December, A. D. .1961, .to be presented for final passage on the
28th day of December, A. D._1961.
