BEING AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins is the owner of all of that certain
territory more particularly described below and said property is not solely a
public street or right of way, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found and determined and does hereby
find and determine that said property is eligible for annexation to the Cat y of
Fort Collins in accordance with the provisions of Article 21, Chapter 139,
Colorado Revised Statutes, 1963, as amended, and
WBERE S, the City Council desires to annex said territory to the City
of Fort Collins, and
WHEREAS, no election is required under the provisions of Colorado Law
and no additional terms and oonditions are to be imposed an connection with this
annexation
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS:
Section 1 That all of the territory more particularly described as
situate in the County of Laramer, State of Colorado, to-wit
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 199 Township 7
North, Range 68 West of the 6th P M , thence North 89"41'40"
East 1497 15 feet along the North lane of Section 19 to the
point of beginning, thence continuing along the North lane of
Section 19 North 89,14,40" East 277 50 feet, thence South 11"13'40"
West 693 75 feet, thence North 11"50120" West 693 75 feet to the
point of beginning,
be and it hereby is annexed to the City of Fort Collins and made a part of said
City to be Down as the First Edora Park Annexation to the City of Fort Collins
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 20th day of April, A D , 1967, and to be presented for final passage on the
llth day of May, A D , 1967
