BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS
AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN
THE SOUTHWEST JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be
and the same hereby is changed and amended by including the property known as
the Southwest Junior High School Annexation to the City of Fort Collins Colo-
rado in the R L Low Density Residential District Said property is more
particularly described as follows to wit
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 21 Township
7 North Range 69 West of the 6h P M Larimer County
Colorado thence North 00 29 West 2 772 83 feet thence
South 89 31 West 1210 00 feet thence South 00 29 East
720 00 feet thence North 89 31 East 1180 00 feet thence
South 00 29 East 2 052 83 feet to the South line of said
Section 21 thence North 89 31 East 30 feet to the South
east corner of said Section 21 to the point of beginning
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 18 ' day of May A D 1967 and to be presented for final
passage on the 8h day of June A D 1967
