BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS
AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
I
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by Section 19-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same is hereby changed
and amended by changing the zoning classification from R-M Medium Density Resi-
dential District to R-P Planned Residential District
for the following described property in the City, to-wit:
Beginning at a point which bears N 89 36 W a distance
of 30 00 feet from the NE corner of the S� of the NEk of
Section 22 Township 7 North Range 69 West of the 6th P M
in Fort Collins Colorado thence N 89 36 W 760 00 feet
along the North line of the S� of the NEL thence S 04 17
W 140 53 feet thence S 50 55 W 94 74 feet thence N
85 12 30 W 152 10 feet thence S 04 33 W 181 96 feet
thence S 41 07 E 141 18 feet thence S 07 15 E 68 55

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
