BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3302 (d) OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS BUILDING CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT Section 3302 (d) of the City of Fort Collins Building Code
adopted by Section 4-1 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is amended by deleting
therefrom the following sentence
If only two exits are required they shall be placed a
distance apart equal to not less than one-fifth of the
perimeter of the room
and by substituting therefor the following
If only two exits are required they shall be placed a
distance apart equal to not less than one-fifth of the
perimeter of the area served measured in a straight line
between exits
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this TlFd day of Aitdust A N. 1967, and to be presented for final
passage on the 24th day of August, A D 1967
