BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 779 1966,
MATING TO REQUIR04 NTS FOR GASOLINE DISPENSING
SERVICE STATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
THAT Section 2, subsection F, of Ordinance No 77, 1966, be and the same
hereby is amended to read as follows
°F There is a minimum distance between any building and any pump
of at least 20 feet except that when the building is used by the
public such mini,m,m distance shall be 50 feet Buildings devoted
primarily to space used as a service station office or to service
or wash automobiles shall not be construed to be public buildings
for the purposes of this section provided that any other purpose
for which such building is used shall be only incidental to such
building's use in connection with the service station "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
