1958 AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE WEST FORT COLLINS ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO c BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be and the same hereby is amended and changed by including the property known as the West Fort Collins Annexation to the City of Fort Collins Colorado in the following zoning districts to wit The following portion of said Annexation to be included in the M L Low Density Mobile Home District to wit A tract of land situate in the Northeast 4 of Section 16, Township 7 North Range 69 West of the Sixth P M , which considering the North line of the said Northeast as bearing N 89 35 30 W and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point on the North line of the said Northeast 4 which bears N 89 35 30 W 655 00 feet from the Northeast corner of said Section 16 and run thence S 00 25 E 248 00 feet thence S 89 35 30 E 104 00 feet thence S
