ORDINANCE NO 39 , 19679
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORAD09 19589 AS
AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by Section 19-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same is hereby changed
and amended by changing the zoning classification from R-L Low Density Resi
dential District to M L Low Density Mobile Home District
for the following described property in the City, to-wit:
A tract of land situate in the Northeast 4 of Section 16
Township 7 North Range 69 West of the Sixth P M which
considering the North line of the said Northeast 1 as
bearing N 89 35 30 W and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto Ls contained within the boundary
Lines which begin at a point on the North Line of said '
Northeast 4 which bears N 89 35 30 W 655 00 feet from
the Northeast corner of said Section 16 and run thence
S ' 00 25 W 740 00 feet thence N 89 35 30 W 159 24
feet thence N 00 25 W 550 08 feet thence S 89 35 30
E 100 00 feet thence N 00 25 W 190 00 feet to a point
on the North line of said Northeast k thence along the
North line of said Northeast 4 S 89 35 30 E 70 00 feet
to the point of beginning containing 2 361 acres more or
less

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 3rd day of August A D 1967, and to be presented for
final passage on the 24 ° day of August A D 1967
