BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS , COLORADO, 1958, AS
AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN
THE THUNDERBIRD ESTATES ELEVENTH ANNEXATION TO THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958,
as amended, be and the same hereby is changed and amended by including
the property known as the Thunderbird Estates Eleventh Annexation to
the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in zoning districts as follows
The following described portion of said annexation in the B—G General
Business District, to—wit
Begin at a point which bears S 00*00145" E 798 56 feet from
the Northwest corner of Section 25, Township 7 North, Range
69 West of the Sixth P M , and run thence S 00°00'45" E
706 00 feet, thence East 314 68 feet, thence North 185 00
feet, thence East 15 00 feet, thence North 521 00 feet,
thence West 329 83 feet to the point of beginning, EXCEPT
that part which begins at a point which bears S 00°00145"
E 1209 56 feet, and again East 80 00 feet from the Northwest
corner of said Section 25, and runs thence East 150 00 feet,
thence S 00100145" E 110 00 feet, thence West 135 00 feet,
thence along the arc of a 15 foot radius curve to the right
a distance of 23 56 feet the long chord of which bears N
45000122" W 21 21 feet, thence N 00°00 '45" W 95 00 feet
to the point of beginning, the area excluding the exception
is 4 903 acres, more or less
The following described portion of said annexation in the R—P Planned
Residential District, to—wit
Begin at a point which bears S 00°00145" E 798 56 feet,
and again East 329 83 feet from the Northwest corner of
Section 25, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth
P M , and run thence South 521 00 feet, thence East 65 00
feet thence along the are of a 75 foot radius curve to the
left a distance of 117 81 feet the long chord of which bears
N 45000 ' E 106 07 feet, thence North 646 00 feet, thence
West 140 00 feet, thence South 200 00 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 2 290 acres , more or less
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this loth day of August, 1967, and to be presented for
final passage on the 7th day of September, 1967
