BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS
AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN
THE FIFTEENTH SOUTH SHIELDS STREET
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be
and the same hereby is changed and amended by including the property known as
the Fifteenth South Shields Street Annexation to the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, in the B—L Limited Business District, Said
property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A tract of land situate in the SE4 of the NE4 of
Section 159 Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the
6th P M , more particularly described as follows
Beginning at the SE corner of said Section 15 ,
thence; North along the East line of said Section
15 , 253 87 feet to the true point of beginning,
f which is the Northeast corner of the Fifth South
Shields Street Annexation, thence West 230 00 feet
along said Annexation, thence North 105 83 feet to
a point on the boundary of the Twelfth South Shields
Street Annexation, thence East 230 00 feet along said
Annexation , thence South 105 83 feet to true point
of beginning containing 559 acres , more or less
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this loth day of Auger A D 1967 and to be presented for
final passage on the 7th day of September, A D 1967
