ORDINANCE NO 44 , 1967,
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORAD09 1958, AS
AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by Section 19-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 19589 as amended, be and the same is hereby changed
and amended by changing the zoning classification from R—L Low Density
Residential District to R—P Planned Residential District
for the following described property in the City, to-wits
Considering the West line of the Southwest 4
of Section 19, Township 7 North, Range 68 West
of the Sixth P M , as bearing due North and
with all bearings contained herein begin at a
point which bears N 612 17 feet fpom the South—
west corner of said Southwest 4f and run thence
North 792 15 feet, thence East 770 00 feet along
the South line of Parkwood Drive, thence S 060

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance

final passage on the 7th day of September A D 1967
