ORDINANCE NO 469 19679
BEING AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins desires to annex the property more
particularly described below, and
WHEREAS, a resolution setting forth the intent of the City Council to
annex said area has heretofore been adopted, and
WHEREAS, after notice and hearing as provided for in Sections 139-21-7
and 139-21-8, Colorado Revised Statutes, 19639 as amended, the City Council has
entered its findings and determinations that the prpoaed annexation complies
with the provisions of Section 139-21-4, Colorado Revised Statutes, 1963, as
amended
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
Section 1 That all of the territory more particularly described as
situate in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit
' Beginning at the East k corner of Section 13, Township 7 +�
North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M , and considering the -
East line of said Northeast corner of Section 13, Town-
ship 7 North, Range 69 West to bear North 00°02'30 East
and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto;
thence North 89 50 West 1020 12 feet, more or less, along (,
the North line of the Second College Annexation, thence
South 00*10 West 366 5 feet, more or less, along boundary
of said annexation, thence South 88 37 West 852 5 feet
along boundary of said annexation, thence North 00°10 `

the est right-of-way line of the Union Pacific Railroad,

curve, an arc distance of 314 91 feet# the long chord Which '

Section 2 That in annexing said territory to the City of Fort Collins,
the City of Fort Collins does not assume any obligation respecting the construction

of water mains, sewer lines, gas mains, electric service lines, streets or any {4
other services or utilities in connection with the territory hereby annexed except 1
as may be provided by the ordinances of the City of Fort Collins
