BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ELECTION PRECINCT
MAP ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO 5. 1967
WHEREAS. Ordinance No 5, 1967, adopted for the City of Fort Collins an
Election Precinct Map setting forth the boundaries of the 15 election precincts in
the City, and
IJHEREAS, since the adoption of said ordinance various territories have
been annexed to the City, and

WHIM as, it is necessary to amend the Election Precinct Map to include
territory which has been annexed to the City of Fort Collins since the original
adoption of said map
NOW, ARE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Election Precinct Map adopted by Ordinance No 59
1967, be and the same hereby is amended by substituting therefore the map entitled
Election Precinct Map, Fort Collins, Colorado, which map is dated September 26 0 1967,
and a copy of which map is attached hereto and is hereby made a part of this ordinance
Section 2 In the opinion of the City Council an emergency exists for
the actual preservation of the public peace, health, safety and property and this
ordinance shall take effect upon its passage under and by virtue of the authority
contained in Section 6 and 7 of Article II of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado
Introduced, read at length and adopted by the unanimous vote of all members
of the City Council of the City of Fort Collins at a regular meeting held this 28th
day of September A D 1967

I, Miles F House, duly appointed and acting City Clerk of the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, do hereby certify* and declare that the aforesaid Ordinance,
consisting of two sections, was duly porposed and read at length at a regular
meeting of the City C&uncil held on the 28th day of September, A D 1967 and was
duly adopted and ordered published in the Fort Collins Coloradoan, a daily news.
paper and official newspaper of the City of Fort Collins, by the unanimous vote of
all members of the City Council, as an Emergency Ordinance, in accordance with the
provisions of Sections 6 and 7 of Article ZE of the City Charter, and thereafter
and on, toawit the 3rd day of October, A. D 1967, said Ordinance No 50, 1967
was duly published in the Fort Collins Coloradoan, a daily newspaper published in
the City of Fort Collins, Colorado•
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said
City, this 3rd day of October, A D 1954.
