ORDINANCE NO 53, 1967
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF TFE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958,
AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN
THE FIRST LEMLY ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 19589 as amended, be and
the same hereby is amended and changed by including the property known as the First
Lemay Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the following zoning
districts, to-wit
That portion of said Annexation described as follows
Beginning at the East 4 corner of Section 13, Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M , Larimer County,
Colorado, and considering the East line of said Section
as bearing N 00 02'30" E , thence N 89 50' W 1020 12

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
