BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO 19589 AS
AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado adopted by Section 19-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same is hereby changed
and amended by changing the zoning classification from R-L, Low Density Residential
District to B-L, Limited Business District
for the following described property in the City, to-wit
Beginnining at the Northeast Corner of Section 16, Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M , Larimer County, Colorado,
thence South along the Section line 496 42 feet, thence West
30 feet, thence North 62 20' W 153 43 feet to a point 165
feet West of the East line of said Section 16, thence North
to the North line of Section thence East 165 feet to the
point of beginning
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 5th day of October A D 1967, and to be presented for
final passage on the 26th day of October A D 196 7
